Order Cancellation 

Please be aware that orders begin processing shortly after placement and cannot be cancelled once processing has started. However, once your order arrives with you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

Priority + Insured Shipping 

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped or refunded if the order is lost in transit. 

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing," we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.  

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Sculptaé™ is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the tracking status shows “Wrong Address” or “Incomplete Address,” we are unable to process a full refund for the order.
If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can arrange a reshipment. Please note that a reshipping fee will apply, and the cost will depend on the destination country and shipping carrier.
In such cases, we kindly ask customers to contact our support team as soon as possible so we can work together to find the best available solution.

Important Holiday Season Update

Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes during the holiday season, delivery times may take an additional 5-7 business days, depending on your location. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive on time.

Max delivery time – 30 business days.

Weekend Processing
Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1-2 days to the estimated shipping time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
